Who I AM
I didn’t start in a classroom. I started on the floor.
Ten years in restaurant and hospitality operations taught me more about leadership than any certification; because in that environment, you either develop your people or your shift falls apart. There’s no hiding behind process. You coach in real time or you don’t survive.
The next 15 years I spent inside complex organizations building the learning and leadership infrastructure that helps people and teams perform through disruption. I’ve built leadership programs for thousands of managers, coached executives through transitions they didn’t see coming, and led organizations through the kind of change that makes most people uncomfortable.
What I know from all of it: the leaders who grow are the ones willing to get honest about what’s actually holding them back. That’s what I help with.

I’m a practitioner first. I’ve built leadership programs, led teams through enterprise-scale change, and operated in high-pressure environments where development had to produce real results. I bring that same standard to coaching — direct, grounded in real work, and focused on outcomes you can measure.
How long does an engagement typically last?
Most engagements run 3–6 months, though some clients choose to continue beyond that. We design the engagement around what you’re working on, not a fixed package.
Do you work with organizations or only individuals?
Both. I work with individual leaders directly and partner with organizations on leadership development programs, manager effectiveness, and change readiness. The discovery call is the best place to explore what makes sense for your situation.
